A Good Start…

A 90-year-old Greenbrae man who was shot in the head during an alleged burglary has been sued by the alleged burglar.

Samuel Cutrufelli, who was also shot during the incident, claims Jay Leone “negligently shot” him during the confrontation inside Leone’s home.

Cutrufelli, 31, claims Leone caused him “great bodily injury, and other financial damage, including loss of Mr. Cutrufelli’s home, and also the dissolution of Mr. Cutrufelli’s marriage.”

Two things to address from this. First of all, the fact that people can so easily find lawyers to enact their evil is reprehensible. I’ve long held the belief that lawyers are generally the bottom feeders of society. I know a few personally, and yet I’m dubious of them more than the average person if only because of their chosen profession. Lawyers haven’t that common, ordinary perception of reality. Theirs is a contorted view, brought about by the brain washing in their study in the law, which is in part due to their contrived semantic gymnastics . Terms like ‘alleged’, ‘burglary’, and ‘shooting’ mean only what their legalese teaches, and have little connection to reality. A return to ‘constitutional government’ is illusory primarily because lawyers and the profession have so distorted the original meaning and intent of the Constitution as to render it a meaningless document of antiquity. Just the sheer glut of lawyers in this country will insure that those days are on the scrap heap of history.

Secondly, Mr. Cutrufelli is a walking dead man. He’s obviously too stupid to realize he’s a man on borrowed time because he has the audacity to initiate this litigation. But then such is the stupidity of mankind. One thing I’ve come to realize over the years is that stupidity is expensive, and that I do a service to others in making them pay for it. Yes, and that would be a 1000 lawyers at the bottom of the ocean.

About elmoshangnaster

The name's a dodge simply because 1) on the internet I can be whomever I choose, and 2) I'm just paranoid enough to keep scoundrels and government out of my business and don't care to sort 'em out from the decent folk. My blog, my opinions. Don't like 'em? Sure, kindly tell me about your far-fetched, idiotic beliefs...kindly. In the end we'll neither of us change the others mind, but I will take the time to read your arguments if they're thought out in a rational fashion and not full of hyperbole. I'm a Christian human being. It's not a flavor or color preference, it's who and what I am. Don't like it? The above considerations apply. I'm not about to waste anyone's time or mine shoving Christianity down their gullet if they demonstrate even the least resistance. When someone's ready to hear I'm only too glad to share. The Gravatar? It's Jenny Lake in the Tetons near Jackson, WY. If God had a house that's where it would be.
